Refund Policy

Because the ebook is a digital download, purchases are generally non-refundable once your payment has been successful and the download has been delivered or made available to you. By completing checkout you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the file.

We do not provide refunds simply for change of mind, for buying the wrong product by mistake, for not having time to read it, or because the content covered topics you already knew.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Those guarantees cannot be excluded. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, resupply or refund — and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss — where a digital product is:

• Faulty or corrupted so it cannot be opened or read properly.
• Not delivered, or inaccessible because the download failed on our side.
• Materially different from how it was described on this website.
• Otherwise not of acceptable quality or not fit for the purpose we described.

If the problem is major, you can choose a refund instead of a replacement or resupply.

Most issues are quick to resolve. If your download link did not work, expired, or the file will not open, email us and we will resend or reissue your access at no cost. Please include:

• The email address you used at checkout.
• The date of purchase and, if you have it, the payment reference.
• A short description of the problem and the device you are using.

Email getaifromzero@gmail.com with the details above and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and to assess them within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days. Where a refund is issued, your licence to use the ebook ends and you must stop using and delete your copy.

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full. If you believe a charge was unauthorised, contact us before raising a dispute so we can investigate quickly.

The ebook is educational. We do not promise income, business outcomes or any specific results, and results not matching your expectations is not by itself a basis for a refund.
